nedodané zboží z Aliexpresu
Dobrý den,je mi 70 let,začal jsem občas nakupovat na Aliexpresu.Dost věcí mi přišlo v pořádku,ale teď u té poslední se nemohu domluvit ani s prodejcem,ani s Aliexpresem.Protože ochranná lhůta vyprší 17.11.2020,otevřel jsem spor.Následně jsem dostal email,pravděpodobně vygenerovaný automatem v následujícím znění:

Kontaktoval jsem taky prodejce a ten mi odpověděl,že s vrácením peněz nemá problém,ale že to musí řešit Aliexpres. Tím se kruh uzavřel,a já teď nevím jak postupovat.Může mi někdo poradit?Děkuji Petr
