Problém je ten, že PayPal automaticky převádí na CZK podle země, ne podle typu účtu. Z PayPal helpu:

Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding turning off the automatic currency exchange when you withdraw to your bank account.

I understand from your message that you wish to turn the automatic currency exchange off when you withdraw funds to your bank account.

Unfortunately you are only able to withdraw funds in your local currency. Any funds withdrawn from your balance in another currency will be converted.
